1. Who we are

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of 3D SNM or any third party;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or their underlying systems;
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest content except as expressly permitted;
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.

3. Intellectual property

The Services — including text, graphics, logos, designs, benchmarks, course materials, and software — are owned by or licensed to 3D SNM and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. “3D SNM,” “Top3D.ai,” and “Learn3D.ai” are our brands and may not be used without permission.

4. Third-party content

Our Services reference and benchmark third-party AI 3D tools and link to external sites. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners, and any benchmark results reflect our independent assessment for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

5. Paid services

Certain Services, such as Learn3D.ai courses or consulting engagements, may be offered for a fee under separate terms or agreements. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms for that product or engagement control.

6. Submissions

If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant 3D SNM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to operate and improve the Services, without obligation to you. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish us to use.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Benchmarks and educational content are provided for general information and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D SNM and its directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including Korean consumer-protection statutes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 3D SNM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court for 3D SNM’s registered office in Busan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
